We’re a small, experienced team with deep roots in the contractor and gig economy space, and a shared belief that things could be done better. We’ve seen how the system works from the inside. We’ve seen where it fails. That first-hand experience is exactly why Connect exists.
We bring together operational knowledge, commercial strategy, financial rigour, and lived insight from inside some of the biggest names in the space. But Connect isn’t a copy. It’s a response - built intentionally, to be clearer, fairer, and more human.

Shaun leads Connect’s vision, growth, and client partnerships. With a background in workforce management and platform-led worker engagement, he’s seen what doesn’t work and built Connect around what does.
He’s passionate about treating subcontractors with clarity and care, and giving clients real control without complexity.

Tommy Forrest
Tommy oversees day-to-day operations, onboarding, and payment systems. His previous experience supporting large-scale contractor workforces exposed the operational cracks that Connect now fixes with smoother onboarding, better visibility, and smarter support.

Robbie plays an ongoing role in shaping Connect’s financial strategy. From commercial planning to financial modelling and structural support, he works closely with the team to ensure we grow responsibly and sustainably.

Adam provides hands-on strategic guidance and executive support across the business. He ensures Connect stays true to its mission while helping us scale with purpose, focus, and long-term clarity.
